Hi love, welcome to WinxByMel. Lashes are not a one size fit all; your eye shape, facial structure, lifestyle, and taste all play a big role in creating a perfect lash set for you. Here at WBM, every set begins with a free facial analysis, an explanation of your features, and a mock-up of the lash sets I recommend. As a team and with clear communication, we will both ensure your experience is a positive one every time! ✨ CONFIRMATIONS ✨ As a courtesy to all my clients, I make it a point to verify each of our appointments. Life happens! I get it. So all appointments receive a confirmation text for your convenience. Please always make sure to update me with your current information should it change. ✨ PUNCTUALITY ✨ Please aim to be on time or 5-10 minutes early. I make sure I am ready for you, so I hope you’d do the same for me 🫶🏼 Once you are 20 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. ✨ ADDITIONAL ✨ I promise to provide an exceptional experience, and your cooperation with the following policies is appreciated: ▫️ Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks the morning of your appointment as this causes fluttery eyes, making lash application difficult. ▫️Communication is key if running behind. ▫️Please feel free to use my client restroom before the service begins as you will not be able to open your eyes and go to the restroom once lash application has begun. ▫️I do not accept foreign lash fills; you will need to book a lash removal along with the lash set of your choice. ▫️Avoid wearing buns/ponytails to prevent discomfort while lying down. ▫️Arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and adhesive residue. ▫️At this time, no extra guests are allowed. ✨ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION + REFUNDS ✨ If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your set, please contact me within 48 hours for adjustments. I want you to love your new winx. If you believe you are having an allergic reaction to the lashes within 48 hours, please message me and I will do a lash removal for free. Your feedback is so important to me; however, refunds are not provided for any reason, including services, booking retainers, VIP hour fees, and cancellation fees.
